Unexpected situations can arise, and if you need to cancel your event, please notify us at least 14 days in advance by calling or emailing us.
The planning timeline depends on the event. Most events require at least one month of preparation, while large-scale events may take 12 months or more to plan. Our team has experience organizing events of all sizes, from intimate celebrations to major productions. We recommend starting as early as possible to ensure a seamless experience.
